As you may be aware, Brookings-Harbor school district has partnered with ESS to manage our substitute program. We have a variety of openings for substitute teachers, school aides, custodians, food service workers, and clerical personnel, etc., should you be interested in applying or know someone who might be.
ESS offers training, support, and a flexible work schedule (you choose when, where, and how often to work), which makes substituting an attractive work option. Plus, when you work in education, you’re playing a valuable role in your community.
If you’re interested in substituting in our district through ESS, please visit ESS.com and click the red “Work as a Substitute” button, which will lead you to an online application. The company also hosts frequent local hiring events where you can speak with hiring managers, ask questions, and learn about the company and its processes.
An ESS representative will be at the school district from 11 am to 12:30 pm on Thursday, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13 to sign people up to work. They will be at the old district office meeting room (same building as the health clinic) found in the parking lot of Brookings-Harbor High School off Easy Street. To complete paperwork on site, please bring your ID and social security card.
